Social Media Manager Details:
We are looking for a results-driven, highly creative Social Media Manager to lead the growth of The Butterfly Teacher’s social media presence on Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with strong skills in video content creation, social media strategy, and engagement growth. This role is not just about just posting content—it’s about driving real business results through strategic social media initiatives.

Our new Social Media Manager will play a key role in growing our brand through social media, video content, AI-driven marketing, and engagement strategies.
Position: Full-Time, Remote💡 Key Responsibilities:
1. Content Creation & Strategy:
- 📅 Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy across Facebook, Facebook Groups, YouTube, and Instagram, focusing on video content.
- 🎥 Create high-quality videos (Reels, YouTube Shorts, Stories) and graphics using tools like Canva.
- 💬 Write engaging copy and create visuals for social media posts, ads, and lead magnet promotions.
- 🎯 Collaborate on the content calendar, aligning posts with marketing pillars and business goals.
- 💡 Develop and document step-by-step systems and workflows to create a sustainable and efficient marketing process.
- 🤖 Utilize AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) to enhance content creation efficiency and improve engagement.
2. Growth & Engagement:
- 🚀 Set and achieve 10% monthly growth targets for followers on Facebook and Instagram, and 5% growth on YouTube subscribers.
- 📈 Increase engagement rates to 5-10% on all platforms through proactive community management and targeted content.
- 💡 Implement lead generation strategies to bring in 100 new email subscribers per month through social media channels.
- 🎯 Collaborate with the Executive Assistant to align Pinterest strategies with broader social media goals.
- 💬 Use ManyChat to manage and automate social media messaging and customer interactions.
3. Analysis & Reporting:
💡 Suggest and implement strategic changes based on data-driven insights.
📊 Track and analyze key performance metrics including follower growth, engagement rates, video watch times, and lead conversions.
📅 Complete a weekly report with insights on what’s working, what needs improvement, and action plans for the following week.
Who We’re Looking For:
- Verbal & Written English Fluency required
- Strong marketing & content creation skills
- Ability to create engaging videos & reels
- Proficient in Instagram, Canva, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube
- Experienced with Trello & AirTable (or has the ability to quickly learn these systems)
- Understanding of sales-driven marketing strategies
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven
- Able to receive feedback and make adjustments or revisions quickly
- Demonstrated and responsible experience using AI tools effectively (e.g., ManyChat, ChatGPT, Jasper, Copy.ai) to aid in the process of content creation and curriculum development.
🎯 Bonus: Experience managing Facebook Ads, Facebook Groups, or affiliate marketing programs is a plus!
